Refund and shipping policy

PAYMENT

You can pay for Makmak's products by one of the following payment methods:

Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Electronic money (Paypal)
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order.

SHIPPING

We will deliver the goods within 2-5 working days after payment confirmation. Free collection is possible at our showroom in Aludarių 5, Vilnius. If the order amount is EUR 100 or more, we will deliver the goods free of charge. If the order amount is less, delivery in Lithuania via courier - 5 Eur. For delivery to Curonian Spit or outside of Lithuania, please contact us.

If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you that delivery may take longer. The maximum delivery time should not exceed 4 weeks.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days (from the date of delivery), without giving any reason, but by paying the delivery costs yourself.

The returned goods must be in the original packaging in good condition, as received from the seller.
The goods must be in good condition (clean, with labels intact, protective films intact, and any other accessories that are part of the original equipment).

Please include Your invoice when returning your item.

By returning the purchased item the client accepts responsibility for the smooth and secure return of the item to the vendor.

If the product is not of satisfactory quality, please inform us at info@makmak.lt and we will replace the product or refund your money, according to your choice.
