PAYMENT

You can pay for products purchased from „Makmak“ using „Visa“, „Mastercard“, „American Express“, „UnionPay“ or „Maestro“ payment cards, as well as via online banking.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our salon at Aludarių 5, Vilnius.

For orders of €100 or more, delivery is free of charge. For orders under €100, courier delivery within Lithuania costs €5.

For delivery to the Curonian Spit or outside Lithuania, please contact us for further information.

If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, we will contact you and let you know that delivery may take longer. The maximum delivery time should not exceed 4 weeks.

RETURNS

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns of Cosmetics and Home Fragrance Products

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered by the seller.

• The product must retain its original condition and appearance – it must be clean, with undamaged labels, intact protective seals or films, and all accessories included in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is securely packaged and safely delivered to the seller.

Defective or Poor-Quality Products

If you receive a defective or poor-quality product, please contact us by email at info@makmak.lt.

After assessing the situation, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, according to the customer's preference.
