Terms and conditions
- Validity period – 6 months from the date of purchase;
- The voucher entitles the holder to use the services of Makmak Thai Massage & Spa and purchase products at the salon or online store up to the amount specified on the voucher;
- To use the voucher, services must be booked in advance at book.makmak.lt, by phone at +370 664 68660 or by email at info@makmak.lt;
- The voucher must be presented before the service is provided;
- The voucher cannot be extended after its expiry date and will be considered fully used;
- If the cost of services and products exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the voucher holder. If the cost of services and products is lower than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded; the remaining balance may be used during the voucher’s validity period;
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- A refund for an unused voucher may only be issued if it cannot be used due to the service provider’s fault, force majeure circumstances, an emergency situation, or restrictions on providing services imposed by state authorities;
- A VAT invoice is issued after the voucher has been used. To request an invoice or a voucher handover and acceptance certificate, please contact info@makmak.lt. A VAT invoice is not issued at the time of voucher purchase.
