COVID-19 rules
Makmak provides its spa services with additional safety measures, limits customer flows, and ensures at least 20 sq. m. area per customer.
Our customers can only be served by healthy employees who do not have any upper respiratory diseases, any acute intestinal infections, or any other symptoms of any diseases, and our staff health is monitored on an ongoing basis. In case any of the above symptoms show in any of our staff members, the staff member in question would be immediately suspended from work.
Makmak staff wear protective masks that are changed every couple of hours. Makmak employees provide services to customers in isolated rooms. All employees are required to adhere to strict hand hygiene standards: after each customer or at least every 2 hours, they are required to wash their hands with liquid soap and warm running water, disinfect them with special hand sanitizers, avoid touching their face, eyes, nose, mouth, and observe the coughing and sneezing etiquette. There is ventilation of the premises where the procedures are carried out, the workplaces are disinfected at the end of each customer service session. Any surfaces that come into direct contact with the customer (the skin, the hair) (the washbasins, the chairs, the headrests, etc.) are disinfected after the session with each individual customer.
Only customers and other visitors who wear protective masks or other face protection are admitted to the service provision premises. Hands must be disinfected upon entering the room. Customers who come for body treatment procedures must guarantee that they:
- do not have any fever or common cold symptoms; they are not subject to self-isolation;
- during the course of the last 14 days they were not diagnosed with Covid-19;
- during the course of the last 14 days did not interact with any individuals diagnosed with Covid-19 or subject to self-isolation.
